Japanese Kutani c1950 Dragon Ware Tea Set Geisha Girls Lithophanes Moriage,this lovely set made in Japan of fine porcelain China is hand painted with Dragons in raised Moriage style, the blue is very vibrant with gold trims and rich terracotta accents, the lids and sprouts are dragon heads and the set consists of 6 Trios, Teapot, Creamer and sugar bowl, one of the cups has a small nibble on the rim however can be expected with age . The cups have geisha girl faces in the base of the cup when held up to the light, the items are backstamped. The last set sold on eBay for 95dollars.
