Japanese Whistling Bird Sake Decanter Bottle & 5 Cups.
Collection: Ruimsig/Krugersdorp.
This fascinating 15 cm high bottle will whistle when you pour the Sake. The bottle has a bird perched on top, is a hexagon and comes with 5 cups. The cups are 3,5 cm high, 5 cm in diam. The cups and bottle are white on the inside, red with gold highlights on the outside. The gold designs are clouds, helmets and a bird that resembles a pheasant. No chips cracks or crazing, no gilding loss. (Not tested to see if the bird really whistles)
