UP is a system that helps you to understand how you sleep, eat and move so that you can make choices to live better. The new app displays your movement and sleep details from your UP24 band and delivers insights, celebrates milestones and challenges you to accomplish more each day. Team up with friends in the UP app to keep you moving forward.

The UP24 band is always connected via Bluetooth, providing real-time progress reports and feedback so that you can stay motivated and live better.

Sleep Better
Small and comfortable to wear all day and night, UP24 tracks hours slept, time to fall asleep, how many times you woke up and more. Have a restful night by reflecting on your sleep patterns and receive insights that make observations actionable. Start your day right with the Smart Alarm which gently wakes you up at the perfect moment in your sleep cycle.

Smart Alarm
UP identifies the best moment in your sleep cycle to wake you up, and silently vibrates within a customizable window of time (up to 30 mins) before your set alarm. Now you can start your day feeling refreshed.

Water Resistant
UP24 is splash resistant, so no need to worry about rain or sweat from a hard workout. Just don’t submerge it.

Know how active you are
Capture a complete record of your day's activity - steps, distance, calories burned and time spent active vs. idle. See how everything from going for a run to walking the dog contributes to reaching your goals. In-the-moment reminders will keep you moving to hit daily goals.
Our built in accelerometer accurately counts your steps, no matter where you go or how you wear it. This allows you to set customized goals and see your progress over time.

UP measures calories burned by establishing your basal metabolic rate (BMR), calculated from your age, weight, height and activity levels using the most up to date published medical standards. Understanding how your activity increases the amount of calories burned over your BMR is one of the most effective ways to manage your weight.

Idle Alert
Increase your activity time with customizable reminders to make sure you’re moving throughout the day. Too much sitting, whether in a cubicle or on the couch, slows your metabolism. Idle Alert allows you to set reminders to make sure you're staying active throughout your day. Customize your Idle Alert from the app and your wristband will vibrate to let you know when it's time to get moving

Log your food and drink
Improve the quality of your diet and achieve your ideal weight by logging your meals in the UP App. Track food, drinks, calories and nutrients in the app by scanning a barcode, logging a meal at your favourite restaurant or searching the ingredient database to record what you eat and drink. There's even a Food Score to help you know how healthy your food choices are on a simple scale of 1-10. The UP app keeps track of your calories, fats, carbohydrates, protein, sugar, fiber and sodium.

Team UP
Never go it alone. UP allows you to connect with friends and family, so you can reach your goals together. When UP community members have three or more friends on their team, they move at least 16 kilometres a month. That’s a lot of calories burned.

Goals
Keep your eyes on the prize by setting personalized goals: from steps per day and hours slept, to target weight. The UP system helps you reach your goals with activity recommendations, helpful tips, and encouraging reminders.

Gain insight in to yourself
The UP app simply and beautifully visualizes your information so, at a glance, you can understand the meaning behind your data. The UP app also delivers personalized insights and clear, actionable tips to help you achieve your goals.

You can achieve anything when you take it one day at a time. Smart Coach motivates you when you need a push with personal challenges like staying hydrated or increasing your activity. The UP Insight Engine suggests daily goals based on your unique patterns.

How to pick your size:

Wrap a string snugly around your wrist. Mark on the string where the two ends cross. Measure the string from one end to the marked place and following the size guide to determine which UP Band is right for you.
-SMALL - 14.0 to 15.5 CM wrist size
-MEDIUM - 15.5 to 18.0 CM wrist size
-LARGE - 18.0 to 20.0 CM wrist size
