At full throttle on a surface going downhill, the motor tends to make a whining sound only because you go faster downhill without any resistance hence the motor is compensating to hold back, additionally going uphill requires more effort and the motor might making a whining noise as well. It could be bearings, not sure.
However it is fullu functional and works best on flat straight surfaces.
Comes with remote control as well for parents to control the vehicle, I think the remote control is missing the battery cover but still fully functional.
Note: only for Children under than 3 years, max 4 years old as it is a single seater.
