The Premio Pizza Oven is a versatile gas-powered appliance designed for optimal pizza baking. It features user-friendly gas burner controls, including a master control knob that simplifies the ignition process and flame adjustments. For safety, it includes a gas shut-off valve and a thermo-couple flame-failure device, which automatically halts the gas supply if the pilot flame goes out.

The oven's extensive baking area accommodates up to three large pizzas simultaneously, while its hinged door panel and prep table made from high-grade stainless steel enhance convenience. The flue pipe is designed with a storm cowl, ensuring efficient ventilation, and an adjustable damper allows users to maintain the ideal dome temperature.

Crafted for durability, the oven includes removable pizza stone segments, a stainless-steel access door, and a robust steel base.
