All puzzles are made from laser printing photo enlargements, which are then sealed to a thick cardboard backing sheet before being cut to the specified size. The finished puzzle is then broken up and packaged in a sealed plastic bag. A print of the puzzle image is also enclosed as a guide to making the puzzle.

Puzzles are laser printed on gloss paper and adhered to a 1.8mm thick board.
