 This 90cm x 90cm soft box features a light interior that provides a nearly homogeneous window-light quality of illumination.  The radius-based depth evens the light to a 1:2 attenuation, which is considered by many professionals to be the ideal for portraits and many product lighting tasks. 1. Please allow up to 48 hours preparation for shipping, although usually item send within 24 hours after payment confirmed.
2. We will not be responsible for item loss because of wrong or undeliverable address.

Return/Replace Policy

1. We might ask buyer to test the item in order to eliminate improper use, buyer has responsibility to cooperate and follow the test correctly.
2. The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original manufacturers packaging, including cartons, parts and instructions manual etc.
3. Customer's response of cost of return shipping, while we will cover all expense of send out replacement.  
4. Items found not to be defective will be returned at buyer's expense.
