Biccard Collection is the collective works of John Biccard, an artist from Cape Town, South Africa who created whimsical ornaments made of crushed marble.
John Biccard was born John Henry Burnwood on the 6th of February, 1941.Raised on a farm in the wineland regions of the Cape peninsula. John was educated in Cape Town and travelled extensively throughout Europe. He studied at Cambridge in London, England. Returning to South Africa to continue with his art, incorporating inspiration from his travels.
