Containing thin rice noodles and a hearty Anchovy flavoured broth. The noodles have been aged for 62 hours, creating a tender and soft textured noodle.
Cooking method
1. Open the lid and open the soup and spread it evenly over the noodles.
2. Pour boiling water (100 degrees C) to the inside marker of the container
3. After closing the lid, wait for 3 ~ 4 minutes and stir well.
