Investment Art! On offer is this beautiful landscape by well known artist Joseph Stiens, the certificate of authenticity on the rear of the painting. Joseph Stiens paintings have been displayed and sold by many prestigious art auction houses and his art is popular and sought after. The painting is done impasto style, with paint applied very thick in places, creating an almost 3d effect. Any artist will acknowledge that this is one of the most difficult painting styles and is best left to the very best.

From the internet: Joseph Stiens has been painting since a young boy, and sold his first painting in Brussels, where he was born. After fleeing the Congo with his family in 1960, he was able to support the family through sales of his paintings. He spent 40 yrs in Namibia, where his paintings were very popular with the tourists.Due to ill health he and his wife relocated to Onrus River where he spent the remaining years of his life. He painted his final painting 3 months before his passing away.
He left a legacy of many paintings which are on view at his sons home in Onrus.
