Hardcover published 1937 by'S-Gravenhage Martinus Nijhoff, no jacket. A volume of the "Werken Uitgegeven door De Linschoten-Vereeniging XLI" (being volume 41 of the series of 118 volumes published, the last in 2019), "Uitgegeven door Dr. J. PH. Vogel Hoogsleeraar aan de Rijksuniversiteit te Leiden". The boards are square and solid, with some light wear to extremities, surface insect damage, and clear marks, mainly visible on the front board and spine. The pages are crisp, clean and unmarked, and the fold-out map at the rear of the book is present and intact.
