Hardcover published 1918 by 'S-Gravenhage Martinus Nijhoff, no jacket. A volume of the "Werken Uitgegeven door De Linschoten-Vereeniging XVI" (being volume 16 of the series of 118 volumes published, the last in 2019), "Met Inleiding en Bijlagen Uitgegeven door J.W. Ijzerman". The boards are clean and square, lightly edge-worn and bumped in places. Internally, there is sporadic foxing / spotting to a greater or lesser degree throughout the book, but the pages are otherwise clean and unmarked. The fold-out map at the end of the book is present and intact.
