JS 1926 Old Train Metal Steam Locomotive that is a Desk Top Lighter.

This Vintage JS 1926 Old Train metal steam locomotive is a table lighter complete with its coal tender that is the cigarette Holder.

 
The refillable lighter mechanism has a press button on top of the engine and the flame should come out of the funnel. Is does not have gas in it and thus we do not know if it is in a working condition.
 
The coal tender with a Lion embossed on both sides is the cigarette holder fitted with a  light yellow plastic lining.
 
The top of the coal tender is missing.
 
This train lighter is cast in a pewter finished metal with nice detail.
 
The train has a battery compartment underneath that used to light up the red light in front and make train noises.
The battery compartment has batteries in it but their life has expired so do not know if this feature works.
 
The length of the coal loco with its coal tender is 23.8cm. and weighs 2 lbs.
 
A nice decorative item to go with your train set or just as a desk top lighter.
 
This item is still in a nice condition. It is only missing its plastic track.
