I am quite shocked at this negative rating, I offered to exchange the bag no questions asked, within SA, so postage costs would not have been an issue. Its was arranged that Lizette would send the bag for replacement and she mailed on more than one occasion to say she would when she had a chance, but never did. The only reason I no longer sell bags on BoB is that they no longer allow it. I suppose some people are just blatantly malicious, I am seriously disappointed!!!!
I have bought 61 items on BOB and have given 2 negative ratings (including this one) so I would not consider my style to be blatantly malicious. I still have to pay postage to insure parcel in S.A. Nevertheless I consider the matter closed now and just had to let other buyers know. Responded 30 Jul 2007
