I had to wait 2 months before I received my package and only after repeated attempts to contact seller.What a shock when I read conditions.This so-called free accomodation holiday will cost me more than if I went on holiday in the normal way.Is there any way I can get a refund? The seller acknowledged receipt of payment on 4 September and I received an e-mail with the registered mail reference on 16 September so I find it a little ridiculous that he says he has had "no response at all" by the 19 September. I have already received the product and have since discovered that the product he sells is misleading and the hotels he has offered are not all available on his vouchers. I have contacted the seller on several occasions and left my cell number on his phone. He responded to my message so I cannot see that I have not contacted him at all! Prior to receiving your mail I have e-mailed him to advise payment and address details. Responded 02 Sep 2002
