Bad communicator my foot! I'm the only one in this case who is doing the communication and I have the e-mails to proof it! The seller is absolutely useless when it comes to service and responses. I'm still waiting for a response on my last two e-mails. Up to date the seller has not even been able to sort out the payment option for his product. It seems funny that you comment on one rating that you send the article by insured mail and then give me anegative rating because you didn't insure my article? 3 negative ratings out of 8 sales means that 37.5% are unhappy with you as a seller. Don't blame the mail services for your inadequacy. I will rather take this experience as a lesson learnt and not buy from sellers which send parcels uninsured. Responded 28 Sep 2005
