But why a neutral rating, you mention you did not get the merchandise.......? When you complete your sale, you where suppose to download your merchandise. I think I deserve a better rating than a neutral rating as my response is always fast to my bidders.
I agree with Danix, it was my mistake entirely. Once again I would wish to apologize to Danix for the delay and inconvenience caused by this. I have refunded Danix and offered the program free of charge in return to express my concern regarding the matter.
