The buyers item was posted to his postal address as instructed by him. He was offered a overnight postal delivery but was not prepared to pay R40 and opted for standard postage via fastmail. He claims now not to have received the item after two weeks and blames me for his inconvenience and negligence. All in all the moral of the story is he should of paid more for the secured overnight postage which would of been able to track online and through speed services call centre.
fact remain i am not a bad buyer as the funds was transferd on due time, but still i am not given a good rating by the seller, makes me wonder.... Responded 04 Jun 2006
This buyer is two faced was giving a negative rating on the dvd's i sold him instead of just rating me you should of said you weren't happy and i would of refunded you the money now it's your problem.
The Rating was about the Product (and the delay in delivery) but was not about the seller. If seller is still willing to refund and take back the DVD's, the ratings will be altered. Responded 14 May 2006
