Was not happy with mileage on tires said would check with someone else to see if they would purchase.Did not come back to me I am offering the tires up for sale again
Buyer advertised the tyres as almost new under 2000km mileage. However when I arrived to pick up the tyres I was told that they had about 10000km and that he had probably made a mistake when listing them. In my regard this amounts to misrepresentation, false advertising and breach of contract. I kindly told him that I was unable to conclude the transaction and he agreed. I was by no means obligated to find him another buyer. Responded 07 May 2006
