I dont see why u have to do this, there was nothing like numerous phone calls&emails.D fact that items are missing was as strange to me as it to u&I apologised&promised that we would do everything to make u happy.U proceeded and procured catridges at alarming and outrageous rates but I still apologised to u promising u a refund which I did.If it was that 'suspect'&bad,u u should have returned it.I maintained contact with u.
