The bid was won on the 8th July. Today is the 12th July and only today do you respond with a negative rating? Why did you not answer my emails that I have send since winning the bid? Sorry for the neutral rating due to the usual tardy performance of the SA Postoffice; I cleared my P.O.Box on July 12th, on return on July 21st, I found a notice of registered item dated July 10th! On receipt of the item I noticed it to be posted on July 6th! Therefore my neutral rating should be rerated as Positive! Many thanks. Responded 01 Aug 2006
