I sold 'this guy' an iBurst modem, iBurst didn't want to activate his account cause the modem was linked to my acc, which according to iBurst is still in debt. False. I've cancelled my acc with iBurst two weeks before selling the item and paid my debt. A month later they still haven't replied. I've sent them several emails requiring the status of my cancellation and still nothing. The problem lies with iBurst, not me. 'This gut' should get the full story before he rates negatively.
Ive contacted Iburst and they told me that you have R1200 outstanding . You have a debit order with them and not one debit went of since you opened your account! Pay it or I want my money back! Responded 19 Jun 2007
