I tried to contact this guy to no avail. He did get back to me the next day, and said that he is not in Pretoria right now, and that we should complete the sale later this year/next year. Weird thing is, my telephone reported that he called me from a Pretoria number. I have since tried to contact him, but he just ignored me.
