Seller did not state anywhere in the ad that he will not allow collections, after losing money on the site from paying money into sellers accounts even tho they have some good ratings I was not willing to chance this again, when contacted the seller to ask if i can collect, seller stated no collections, so deal did not go through, I appealed the SNC filed and my appeal was accepted, Thanks Responded 25 Apr 2008
