I bid on a remote control car that was auctioned as NEW.
I received a car that was old and used (clearly visible by the dents, scratches and dirty tyres on it) and the front mounting screw on the vehicle is broken. I have lodged a complaint with bidorbuy. Very dissapointed, Seller is dishonest and has no integrity. The car was a present for a 9 year old child, I spent R250 on it as a present, I cannot give it, since it is a piece of crap.
The car was taken out of the box to be tested once. The car might have had slightly dusty tyres, but did not have dents and scratches and the front mounting screw was not broken. If you were unhappy with the car, why did you not contact me to complain? I'm sure we could have come to some sort of arrangement? Please do not make satements regarding my integrity while at the same time lying about the state of the radio control car. Responded 09 Nov 2003
