I beg to differ, I did not receive an e-mail from you not even a telephone call. I waited two weeks then disposed of the item and I was at home over the holiday season. May I bring your attention to something called voice mail. Over all these years I have had no problem with communication and to be quite honest a negative rating from someone like you does not bother me in the least.
