The transaction went very smoothly and I got the ISDN router the next day, but when I tried to set it up, I realised that the wrong AC Adapter was included with the router. I've been trying to get in contact for 3 weeks (sent e-mails on 08/10, 08/16 and 08/23) without luck. Currently the router is useless, as I am unable to find another 16V adapter in any shop.
