Transferred money for two items on 2003/06/30 and advised by e-mail. requested details of delivery on 2003/07/02 (money should have been in the bank at that time). No response. Telephoned and was told would be posted either 2003/07/10 or 2003/07/11. Received e-mail 2003/07/09 advising that goods had been posted. Checked up yo find only posted late afternoon 3003/07/08. Not impressed with the service given.
It is very difficult to contact with this person as he is deaf.
Gave partial answer to a specific question.
Very slow in responding to E-mails.
Will not buy from this person again.
