Buyers are not allowed to rate sellers before they have paid, waited for clearance and allowed for up to 7 working days for a tracking numer. ...Furthermore in our shipping terms we state this again! You are new buyer and im sure dont realize that you are misusing the rating system so please rectify immidiatly.. your tracking number is on its way(we would be packing it now but were answering your illegal rating)
