I collected the watch on friday, only to find that the glass was broken and one of the stones, had fallen off.

I will never send out a broken watch. Watch was obviously damaged in transit as you mentioned that part of the box was squashed.

The ring is very big, and not in its original form as on the picture but. shoo its big on top. I am dissapointed.
