Excellent turnaround time to despatch, but incomplete address put on parcel - had to go to post office to trace.Then item didnt work and had to go to jeweller to realign the batteryOtherwise item now working fine
Ok the item since then has worked intermittantly and does appear faulty but the seller has agreed to to a full refund,including postage
We dispatched the item to the exact address bid or buy provided us with, which was incomplete. The watch was working fine when it was dispatched, but it seems to be faulty. Responded 30 Aug 2006
