I expected the seller to make contact with me once the bid was won...this did not happen. I had to inquire after postage progress days after.

The screw in mechanism on one of the earings is very stiff, forcing it to turn may cause shaft to snap. What can you offer to correct this?

I suggest adding some lubricant to the mechanism. If that does not work, please send them back to me for a full refund.
