Charged for courier service but had to fetch myself.Contacted the selller many times and was told that I should follow-up and make the arrangements for the delivery.Admitted it was his fault but no effort was made on his part to help even though I paid an extra amount for the delivery.
Camera mistakenly not delivered to her home by courier company but kept at offices for collection. After call from her I discussed it with manager at courier company & agreed to deliver at my expense. I offered by email & phone to deliver at no extra cost.
