Firstly, the order took a long time to be delivered. Normally Bob Shop orders are delivered within a few days. Then the advert was misleading. The picture shows a beach trolley which I honestly thought I was buying but a small net was delivered. When I asked for a refund I was told I need to pay R90 to have the item returned which I found unfair. In the past whenever I had a problem the seller arranged for return delivery and refunded me so I expected the same but unfortunately it wasn't so.
