I am disappointed that you advertised the DVD players without making sure that you could supply. The telephone expenses were for my account and don't like doing business this way.
My apologies. Please advise of your costs for telephone expenses and we I will refund you. We lost R15000 on expenses etc for this transaction. Unfortunate we rely on many other parties when it comes to liquidation stocks and unfortunately we cannot control these elements. Our main focus is that the client does not suffer losses.
