I bought two items as Christmas gifts for my two nephews. The one product not only "melted" from within but it also damaged the dvd. Not recommended!!

Before rating a seller negatively,first give the seller a chance to fix/remedy the problem.This you did not do.My DvD players are loved by everyone.
