After following up several times, was eventually told 5 weeks after auction closed that the DVD was out of stock and that the supplier has put it on backorder. I was given the option of refund or to wait. As I had waited for 5 weeks, I decided for a refund, which only came through 2 weeks later. To top it all the buyer issued a "sale not completed" against me which could lead to me being blacklisted.
No Fault of the Seller, DVD Supplier ran out of Stock,The goods were put on back Order for the Buyer, butWe gave the Buyer the Option of waiting OR we would refund,The Buyer Opted for a refund,Which we paid him in Full,Thanks Paul for the NEG Rating Responded 05 Oct 2004
When I made contact with the seller to arrange delivery of the three fans I had won, he told me that the auction of the fans was not supposed to have gone ahead as he had sold all his fans in a previous auction. He said that he had asked BIDORBUY to remove the auction but they didn't. I e-mailed BIDORBUY to explain their side of the story but they did not reply to my e-mail. Overall, very disappointing, but I don't know who to give a negative rating, either BIDORBUY or Wholesale?
