I bid for a Nokia on 1/12/03. It was for a xmas gift. I called the seller many times for the phone. He said he was in CT and I would get the phone in Jan. I needed it for Christmas! Still I called him on 8/1/04 for the phone. He did not return my call. Without ever contacting me, he lodged a SNC saying I am not contactable! I replied that I will buy the phone - if he returns my call! He's behaviour has been dispicable and I will never buy from him again.
Hi There I explained to you that I tried to contact on the Saturday last year when I received your message. I then went away and closed business, and re-opened on January 8th... During that period it was impossible to get you the phone as the office was closed... I was told then that you would not need the phone anymore due to the fact of us onl;y re-opening in January... Therefore I have filed an SNC as we did not complete the transaction. Responded 24 Jan 2004
