doll was extremely dirty&dusty- no pride taken in cleaning for delivery- paper confetti stuck all over dolls hair- package poor, no bubble wrap

Doll was NOT extremely dirty. It was securely packed with shredded paper. Due to lockdown I could not purchase bubblewrap. This was not necessary!
