after payment, seller then advised that a vcd cannot be produced instead a cd which can only be played on your pc will be delivered. why sell something you cannot deliver??????
will not use seller again ........ and now seller still advise's on bid or buy for the same vcd .... don't be fooled guys ....
there are some misconceptions between VCD's and normal MPEG movies, I do apologise for advertising it as a VCD, I wanted to change it but I had some bids on my items already, it is changed now tho, I actually emailed paul-peter before I sent him the CD, warning him infact that it's a collection of plain MPEG movies and will play on any pc WMP, and i would gladly refund him, which I did, his obviously one of those very "always" unhappy customers, case closed =] Responded 15 Jul 2002
