The phone is not in working condition.It is still not working when tell him he says it was working.What I can say I was not a kind of business we need in this market.
I showed him all features of the phone before finalizing the sale including making and receiving calls. He was happy with the phone at time of the sale. He thought that he paid too much. Almost a week later he says that the phone is faulty. How is this my fault? Responded 01 Jun 2004
