Further refurb work was done on this laptop. New mx4 thermal paste was applied to the chips, and free software called Notebook FanControl was installed to better manage the thermals and installed win10. This laptop is a great addition to the office. Great seller. Laptop was nicely packaged and fast shipping. Thank you so much. Will definitely buy again.
