I had a very bad experience. I have paid for speedservices, but not insured the parcel. Parcel was to go from Joburg to Linden in Joburg. Instead , the parcel went to Hermanus in the Cape and got lost. No one is willing to take responsibility. My advise to everyone using Perkal is : insure your product - because it might go from Joburg, via Hermanus, to Joburg. Who is to blame ? Me for not insuring the parcel. This is unfortunateley the end of bid-or-buy for me.
Hi Erika, As discussed we sympothize with your situation.. We addressed the parcel to you in Linden and it ends up "stolen" out of Hermanus post office..This is as strange to you as it is to us. Once we hand over to the post office, it is no longer our service. We have proven that the item left Perkal on the 25th and no one denies that..Im running out of space, but we have filed an enquiry and hopefully the Hermanus PO will find your parcel..We are and will continue to be in touch Responded 03 Dec 2005
