djcilliers won my auction and then refused to honour his obligations - he tried to escape his obligations by simply refusing to pay and collect the goods and said that there was simply nothing I could do about it - he could do what he liked. I believe that one must honour one's obligations and so would not let him "do as he liked" - but only on threat of legal action did he honour his obligations. Responded 11 Apr 2005
