THE ADVERTISEMENT WAS MISLEADING
The product was advertised as a new product. It was second hand, since the product was not sealed. The headset was broken at the bottom end. I exhchanged it for another product, which I later discovered was also broken. I would NOT RECOMMEND this seller for "New" or second hand items.
