Rashin made no attempt to contact me when the computer was shipped and didn't supply me with any tracking number. After I've contacted him many times over email and phone asking for details, I've been told that he'll get back to me but never did. It's been a week since the laptop was supposed to be shipped, but I've still not received the tracking number, or the laptop. Very poor service.
Laptop was shipped and returned to sender as discussed with you. I had to reship the laptop again and pay double for shipping the laptop twice. I lost out on shipping fees once again. You sould at least confirm that you have received the laptop and all is well out of decency. Responded 09 May 2003
