Seller was quick to send the package and I'm happy about the shipping portion of the purchase. I'm a little unhappy about the quality of the product received as upon handling the retention bracket it was sticky to the touch and left a residue on my hands. The retention bracket itself does appear to be 3D printed which is what I expected however the plastic isn't as sturdy as I would like and has a tendency to flex even under moderate pressure.
