I ordered a bag, & was sent a TOTALLY DIFFERENT bag, after waiting A LONG TIME.I emailed, called & sent messages on WhatsApp NO RESPONSE. I hate this bag I was sent & now they aren't responding to correct this mistake. I'm absolutely furious. Did they think I was just going to accept this? The bag they sent is GAUDY 😡😡Don't buy bag's from them, I will not be buying anything from this store again. Zahida your service is terrible.
