On 2005-03-31, Mohammed contacted me saying I should let him know how I want the item shipped, and then he would e-mail me his banking details. I did so, and have heard nothing from him since. Needless to say, I did not get my game. I am NOT impressed!

It was a pleasure dealing with Warren and Shaun. They are really professional guys, and very patient. Shaun was only too happy to talk to me when I first felt there might be something wrong with the camera (There wasn't). I'd gladly do business again with swstech.
Not the worst experience I've ever had, but certainly not the best either. I waited almost 3 weeks for the item, and spent quite a bit of extra money leaving messages on his cellphone asking when I was going to get it. But I received it on Wednesday, and it is in working order - although for a "brand new" item perhaps documentation or a certificate of some sort would have been nice. *shrug* Oh well, better luck next time, Matty.
