Mecer Intel Celeron 1.8Ghz (bargain)

I was under the impression that the PC was brand new but to my suprise it has been utilised and there are stll documents save on that PC.

Ofcourse the pc had been utilised, I built it up myself and loaded Windows XP and Office XP just to be nice with license which I did'nt have to do. The pc was BRAND new but ofcourse i had to have handled it to load XP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
